I have a Skyhawk GT5 66cc and it rained last night on it.

It runs fine but if i move the bike every 4-5 seconds i hear a bad screeching sound, I took the clutch cover off and re greased it did not seem to help.

It runs fine and goes fine but makes a very very loud screech like metal rubbing metal.

What could this be?

Did water get underneath the clutch cable stop and inside the cases where the sprocket shaft passes through? It is a good idea to remove the cable stop and pack that cavity with good quality grease occasionally.

It's very unlikely that water has entered that cavity, although possible.
It probably wouldn't screech the very next day, even if it did get in.
Despite this, it's hard to think of many other things that might screech like that.
slaquers, was there a pool of water on top of the engine?

Be very careful doing this and only use minimal grease, if you do it at all. I read about it when I first bought my kit and did it, then spent a very long day pulling the clutch apart and cleaning it with brake cleaner after grease oozed out the countershaft seals, (both ends). I didn't use a high-pressure grease gun, only hand-packed it and it still oozed out.
I had to clean it twice more before all excess grease was gone.

Another possibility, although not rain-related, is that either the magneto rotor nut or clutch nut are loose. Also check the primary gear on the RHS of the crankshaft. It's still running well but if it wasn't I'd also suspect a sheared woodruff key.
