converting 49 cc HT to 80 cc

Seems like I saw a thread recently (couldn't find the right search combination to go back to it) dealing with switching out a 49 cc jug and piston for a larger "80" cc . . .

Is it as simple as jug and piston, or do you need a new rod and bottom bearing too?

I think that's all you need to do, also pay attention to the cylinder studs...6mm vs 8mm and possibly the head. I'm sure someone has done it and will jump in.
