Clutch Clutch Arm doesn't stay in place

Hi, i have a 66cc Grubee SkyHawk GT5, and the Clutch arm wont stay in place, and pops out. anyone know why this is and what i need to replace to fix it? Also, anyone know where i can get a 415 Heavy Duty Chain? I've waited over 2 Months for gasbike.net to stock them, and they are still out of stock. Thanks.

First of all this is a clutch related issue..needs to be in the proper section and you might get a better response.

Secondly, why the duplicate (copy and paste) question in more then one section.
