ive had my bike for about 4 months and i cant find anything that says that displacment why
and i also read on here that the biggest engine thats made is a (66) or what they call 80 is this true

Yes it is true. The total swept volume (the volume displaced by the movement of the piston in the cylinder) is 66cc. The Chinese label these engines as 80cc because they also take into account the volume of the combustion chamber in the cylinder head.
Combustion chamber volume really has no relevance in the engine displacement because there is no volume "displacement" in it. The cylinder head is stationary.
It is marketing hype. 80cc sounds better in advertisement that 66cc.

that still didnt answer

does any one on here have a sorry if i dont spell this right but a pizhou youngxine motor thats the factory where it was made it didnt say 80cc or 66 cc or 49 or 60 it said 68.5 cc it also gave the max rpm and a couple of other things to but i tore it off so i would have any legal problems i just found it to be an odd number

It very well may be a 68.5cc, cylinder head volume included. I don't know what the swept volume is in those engines.
As for the Chinese lying to you, It all marketing schemes. Sadly, lying or manipulating the truth in their favor is part of the game these days in many markets, not just Chinese MB engines.
