best mods which 1 to start with? and maybe top 5 in order

expansion chamber and a bigger carb will give you a start.
those 2 things alone will really wake up one of these engines.
but there are also other things you can do to get more power as others have mentioned.
start with simple bolt on parts, and add them one at a time and do a test run after you add each part. it's too difficult to get an idea of what part is doing what if you add a bunch of stuff at the same time and then run it after you put them all on.
a good high flow air filter will help a little too.
get more fuel & air into the cylinder and get exhaust out of the cylinder faster and you will make more power. an expansion chamber will sort of add a slight supercharged effect if it's tuned right.

I finally got my bike working again. I got all my mods on, and carb tuned. One of my first runs I slid out on a corner (shouldn't have been going so fast) and I lost alot of skin. Will probley be done riding for a couple weeks. At the moment it hurts constantly.

It could have been worse, I almost got hit by an oncoming car.

Yikes! I am sorry to hear it!
I hope you heal up quickly. From what you say you are certainly better than worse off.

Well theres no bone damage or anything, just loss of skin from sliding on the pavement. Not sure how long it will take, but I'm gonna start riding ASAP.

Edit: Now that I know what falling is like, I'll probley try harder not to do it. hehe You don't realise how fast your going till you hit the ground.

The weird thing is, I didn't realise it was a big deal till I already left, and was almost home. Then it hit me what just happened.

That's called shock. Folks can accomplish amazing feats when in shock and a whole bunch of adrenalin is in their system. Sometimes it is for the better, sometimes it can make injuries worse.
Now this may seem strange, but I have found that after your patches of skin displaced with pavement have scabbed up, brief but frequent swims in a chlorinated swimming pool helps out alot with preventing infection and speeds up the healing process. Stay out of jacuzzis or spas as some folks call them. They tent to lift the scab off, not good.
Cool water is important.
Again, this is from personal experience. I cannot vouch if it will work well for you, but just maby...?

Thanks for the tips, at this point putting water on the "road rash" almost brings me into tears. When if first happened I couldn't feel them so I was able the get the guts nice and clean.

I'm thinking in the next couple days I'll probley have some good scabs so that should help a bit.
