I got a HT motor a little while ago and i have had problems with it stallin at stops. the clutch is all the way disengaged when i stop but the bike dies. it seems like when its runnin on half choke its fine. any sugestions

If it runs better with the choke on, then more than likely you have an air leak, usually where the carb mounts to the intake tube, but also possibly where the tube mounts to the barrel.

i sealed all the carb mounts and nothings better more power though

What kind of carburetor does it have? I ask because it sounds like the slow speed mixture is too rich.

Check inside the throttle housing and make sure you havn't worn through the plastic stop in the casing.Without it it is hard to get the bike to idle. I completely wore through mine AND ripped the throttle tube(very cheaply made) so I replaced everything with an old Suzuki throttle assembly.Runs great now.

What position is the slide needle clip in? You could try raising it one notch to lean out the mixture some. If you do this be sure to check the spark plug color after a 1/2 to 1 mile ride to ensure that it is not running too lean after the adjustment.
