First build complete!

Rigs, I know what you mean about the late nights after little ones are in bed. Seems like there just isn't enough time. Before I know it, it's midnight and I've got to get to bed. Arrrgh!

Nice blog knobb490, I looked over the pics and read some of it. You can tell you are passionate about it.

how did you decide on the skyhawk engine?

I like ordering from Bikeberry website for my engines because they have good customer service and this engine kit was one they offered. I also liked the new carb and slant head it has . So far it seems the skyhawk is a pretty nice engine kit.

Sorry Rigs did not mean to hijack ur thread

This is my Huffy Cranbrook :devilish:

sweet job, trix. Only thing that would have made it better is if you had actually made the gas tank in the frame . Not sure what that is you have used under your gas tank ?

Don't use rubber mounts.
Repeat... Don't use rubber mounts.

blah blah blah, they work fine if you know how to use them, but yea improperly installed rubber mounts may fail.

But then so can any part of a cranbrook build. LOL

I need a legit reason why not to use rubber mounts. If they were all bad, why would cars have their engines mounted through rubber for insulation?
