Hello. I Built my 2nd MB and have 2 question. I am using Amsoil 2 cycle racing oil at 4 oz per gal is that ok or too much oil. The 2nd question is at top speed of 33 mph the motor sound's like it is coming apart. Is that just from the high rpm's all bolt's are tight. At lower speed's it sound's good at 29 an below. here are some pic's

... was there a bit of trouble with the brake handle? That looks like epoxy and bailing wire to me... I like the front motor mount and I see you did your own kill switch. Interesting placement of the tank- not as pleasing to the eye yet very practical. I've often wondered at the wisdom of straddleing a molotov cocktail... and a Schwinn, eh? How do those work for you?

The epoxy and wire is just a back up for the brake switch. I do have a small screw in it. I love the Schwinn. the switch on the left is my turn lights. The brake and turn light's all work off of 18 volt cordless drill battery . and i used a mechanical flasher. The tank is on the back because i am disable and can not get on the bike with it on the bar.
