Chain keeps breaking

One more thing to worry about is after a few breaks the chain get kinked and Im not talking about a girl either. Just kidding
You might want to check for kinks also things just pile up sometimes.

Id have to say Im pretty sure you found it. The wear on those screws pretty much is it. You might need a new chain you did great hanging in there and if it goes any further I be around .

Well, that seems to have been it... I spaced out the sprocket with blank CDs, so that there was no sideways pull on the chain. It seems like it works now but now I'm having problems with the clutch slipping so I can only start the thing... 20% of the time.

Can you explain better how you used the CDs?
