Engine Trouble Help can't keep it going

Hello, Forum I have a problem this is my 3rd build on a Schwinn Delmar Cruiser, my problem is after the build was finished got it started and it ran for 2 days, but noticed that it would not idle, when you pull in the clucth it would cut off and when riding if not given enough throttle it would cut off, so slowing down it cuts off also. I have cleaned the carb and tried adjusting the clutch and the spark plug is kind of wet, can you help me.

Changed CDI and did a spark plug test getting fire?

The magneto could be at fault as well. Hook a meter up and spin the engine without the spark plug in. Check the voltage. Is The spark a nice blue color or is it on the orange side?

Replaced the magneto and the coil now everything seems fine now. Thanks alot Neon and all who responded to my call for help.

Anytime. Except when i'm elbows deep into my own build that is.
