My Bumblebeebolton runs a 40:1 oil ratio. I like the supertech2 2stroke marine oil. It works good. What kinda oil do you guys use and at what ratio?

Ahh, this is one of those threads that eventually devolves from a rational and technical level to an emotional level, not to mention the EPA spooks pushing 10,000:1 oil/fuel ratio.

I well only run redline karting oil next at 32 to 1 with 116 race gas I run this in all my highreving 2 stroke I have yet to stick an engine since running this oil I will never run anything else but this

5 litres cheapest non ethanol fuel, 200ml cheapest 2 stroke oil. been doing this for 2 years no with no probs

Oh c'mon blue_48,

5 litres cheapest non ethanol fuel, 200ml cheapest 2 stroke oil. been doing this for 2 years no with no probs

Only the grace of god can prevent you being run out of town for suggesting that, more so that your bike has been and still is running perfectly well.

I'm patiently waiting for the spooks to come into this thread, suggesting how much better your bike will run at 100:1

hmmm, i run 87 octane gas...don't really care if it has ethanol in it or not.
I just get whatever's cheapest, and i get it at the same time that i get gas for my mower.
I run whatever 2 stroke oil that i happen to stumble across when i'm out shopping and i remember that i need to buy some.
I've ran the supertech oil, gumout oil, pennzoil...whatever i can get.
I run the mix at 32:1 most of the time, sometimes at 40:1.
I'm not a perfectionist when it comes to my fuel-oil mixes and ratios.
it seems to run the same, no matter what oil i use.

Oh please motorpsycho,

Shouldn't you be running that special oil which has super boron silica magna-nano nitrate particles which rebuild the chrome plating and add lost metal to piston rings and bearings, not to mention increasing the engines bore and stroke for more cc's, all whilst porting and polishing the ports at 100:1, but can be used at 200:1 with the special hyper white zinc polymorphic graphite crystalline tectaloy substrate additive.

Your engine will run "so" much better!

What, you added the flux capaciter and a johnson rod to the oil?

How did you get it to dissolve and what oil ratio are you running? 300:1, 500:1, 1000:1 ???

yeah that's it...
I also added a flux capaciter and a johnson rod.

OMG! Thanks for that. I needed a good laugh.

Still confused as to how much freeking oil I should be using. Obviously I haven't been using enough since my bike is getting a ring job right now.

The ratios seem to be all over the board.
