Engine Trouble honda 50cc has no power when taking off

Can start my Honda 50cc but gotta keep givin it gas to stay runnin screw all the way in .when takin off no power as soon as I get to a little speed it takes off but absolutely no power .happens over night ran fine b 4 .it has two tanks one for gas and one for 2 stroke .plz ne ideas already clean carb and got good spark

could be a blown crankshaft seal. look for dirt inside the main jet in the carb. check tightness of head bolts. check tightness of screws holding stator coil to crankcase. best to sandpaper those contacts.
