Just got a new drive wheel for my bumblebeebolton and it rocks!

He obviously wasn't riding a bike fitted with a shift kit and he was riding whilst intoxicated.

Shift kit's work terrifically well, that is if the person has a basic understanding of mechanical systems and a basic level of competency.

Lets face it, more than one person has died falling over drunk and the medical establishment kills thousands of people each year through the administration of incorrect medicine/treatments, and in amongst the noise of daily life you hear of a single case of someone being killed on a China Girl - with that in mind i'm not throwing my hands in the air and running around the room in mad panic like the world is going to end on the simple basis that i've installed a China Girl engine in my bike, and without any personal injury for the last 40,000 kilometers.

Thats great its called being responsible and not riding carelessly jumping curbs..I Wasn't trying to say that china gurls are at fault..im saying its the rider..if you ride hard your gonna hit the ground hard your on a bicycle..i have rode 20,000miles on these kits and have never gotten hurt..

I ordered a new drive wheel for my bumblebeebolton because my old one was worn out! It only had hundred miles on it but i didn't have my tension correct. the new drive wheel bumblebeebolton sent me is a urethane drive wheel and it grips alot better. Actually it grips a whole lot better. Im very impressed with it. They dont have them on there website yet but if you email them they will send you one. They told me that they have one that they use the delrin because it doesnt eat up the tire as bad but it slips more and wears out the drive wheel faster. the urethane grips alot better but its going to eat my tire up more..Its friction drive what are gonna do somethings going to wear down..either your tire or drive wheel.

Does anyone know of anyother good drive wheels. Im definatly not using a steel one!

I just got my new drive wheel from Bumblebee and it works great! Im very impressed with it. I barely have to use any tension. I have put about 3hours on it and not even a mark is on it. the things invincible and it grips really good!

Call me skeptical but when I see posters recently joined with low post counts jumping on the bandwagon of a marginal product I get suspicious. And this is not the first time this has happened with this product, regular readers know what I'm talking about.

Too bad because it done right it could be a good idea. I called bumblebee folks asking where the 26cc engine with the kit was made and told it was made in China, and there was no warranty on the engine at all. No thanks.

If you ask bumblebee they will tell you that they do all there service work with free labor and you only pay for parts. They have a 30 day warranty on there engine. they test run all engines before being sent out. But to each his own

You get that on some HT engines. Just repeating what was said by a woman who answered, no business greeting, just said "hello", seemed informed but it sounded like they run it out of their home.

I just called myself and asked bumblebee and the lady answered and told me that there is a 90 day factory warranty against any factory defects..so i think you might need to call them again and clean your ears out! They have been around since 1992. I ran a business outta my house for ten years. Now i have the 3rd largest roofing business in the state. i think it's irrelevant were someones business is ran outta of. Atleast that person has there own business. Not looking for a free hand out like many americans now days!
