So the motor disengages perfectly when I pull the clutch in. However, when I engage the clutch, the back wheel still spins somewhat freely. I know it needs to stop completely when the clutch is engaged. It seems like it's stuck between engaged and disengaged. I've tried adjusting the lever from every angle, and the back wheel still spins somewhat freely when I turn it with the clutch engaged. How do i fix this..

i can't find anything that is my problem. thats why i posted this. -_- comon dude can you try helping me out here. ive adjusted the lever arm at every angle and the back wheel still runs somewhat freely when its in the engaged position.

I don't know a whole lot but when I got my 2 stroke kit my did the same thing but in my case the it was because i had the carburetor throttle cable barrel thing with the little pin at the end installed wrong.
My throttle was all the way opened all the time no spring back when I would twist the throttle handle.
The little barrel thing the throttle cable hooks up to and the go's inside the carburetor you have to make sure the little pin at the end of the the little throttle cable barrel thing goes down in to the little whole inside the carburetor the little barrel should go down into the carburetor it my take you a few tries to get it to go down in there but that fixed mine. If not that then far beyond me.

wow dude, both of your links are dead. seriously...
Nobody wants to bother responding to newbies. I think Fabian responded to one of your posts, and gave great advice. If adjusting the flower nut doesn't fix it, you probably need to put more tension on the main spring, inside the case. There are several posts on here how to do that without splitting the case. Good luck.
