Ok , it's not much of a kingdom, an I'm not much of a king...just dom. :giggle:

I have looked hi and lo for a clutch drum ebay amo zon asked livefast motors who sold this kit, and nada.

The Chinese offered to send me one for 115 plus shipping.... man they really need to lay off of the opium!

So I politely ask... HELP!

Try Staton. He makes several different drums. Some are threaded with/out shafts and one has a 1/2" hole. I don't know if his drums will work with your kit.

Google "pocket bike clutch drum"

It might help to explain what type of kit you have and maybe post a picture of what you need.

As I said it is a livefast rear mount FD

I have had livefast say that they do not have them....? They have many parts but not the ones that wear out? what are the normal size threads of a spindle? Since it would be easy to use off the shelf parts, ie bearings clutch drums etc. I would think that they have.

So I can't find the part.
The seller of the kit takes a week to reply to a ? and then says they do not support their product.

Last time I buy form them.

You list stanton but I see he has a drum that uses a female thread.

Sorry rushed here.

So not one of you FD drivers have ever replaced a clutch drum?

This is the kit. From livefast motors

Nope, never had to with a ThatsDax kit or with the Staton clutch drum that I used to build my own friction drive. Both sell quality clutch drums compared to the cheaper made ones sold for pocket bikes or with the LiveFast kits.

How is your spindle connected to your clutch drum? Does the spindle screw into the clutch drum? Or does the clutch drum bolt to the spindle?

It is as in the picture the clutch drum screws onto the spindle. I can't believe this could be this hard to find.
I have found this one. However I do not have a way to measure the spindle to see if it matches. Thread etc.

What is even more confusing is the claim of engine size? and 2 cycle why would that factor in?

Livefast has been useless for information and the return of email.

Should be able to take the spindle to Ace Hardware or Lowes and check it. You're talking less than 1" in diameter. They have bolt gauges that you can check the diameter and thread pitch. If not, just check with the selection of metric nuts and see what screws onto the spindle.

ok... heres the deal... I have that kit and it does not use parts Staton sells!!!!!!!!!
It has metric bearings and roller also the clutch drum is metric thread

now you can change to Staton's roller but you need new bearings FD roller drum and new engine spacer and the rest of the parts to put it togather

If you want I can give you the parts list if you need it

Well, some smaller engines (Typically, the 25cc class) use a 54 mm diameter clutch. Other than that, My guess is that people tend to remember the size of the engine that they've bought, rather than the size of the clutch.
