hmmmm.......on your chain clearance issue you could gain a little space back and forth by changing out the bearing cone lock nuts. They come in a few different thicknesses.

On your other bike it sounds like you've been able to verify both spark and fuel. So it's sounding kinda mysterious. I have heard that sometimes a bad spark plug will still spark at atmospheric pressure but not spark under compression. Maybe that's what's happening to you. You might as well try a different plug.

If the doesn't work, then I guess your only choice is to verify fuel and spark again. Maybe you missed something the first time.

Good luck to you.

Where are you located in Melbourne?

hey fabian im located in dandenong north 3175

the black and red ones go for 380 fully assembled and i also have the cruisers i do for about 450-650 depending on quality and add ons and accessories

and
to bluegoatwoods
i have tried new spark plugstill no go, i use the 3 prong spark highly recommended and event he standard plug
even swapped out magneto and still no go unles i did it wrong? but if i get spark doesn it mean the magneto/coil works?? i removed the white cable completely snd made sure its not touching any thing and clears the whole caseing aswell

also i know my slipping start was no good so i remove the pads cleaned all the oil off them and gunk and put them back....but still engages fine...this is how i can tell.... i remove the flower nut and the holding nut and screw it in until it is hand tight, and then i engage clutch and see if it does, if it does i let it out and still make sure it workds as it suppose to as in disengages, is that bout right?? someone once told me im suppose to sand the back of the clutch pads to allow stick n to engage when its suppose to??? from what i can see it works fine, i made sure the bolt that holds the 11t sprocket is tight also cuz i know if it aint it wont fire aswell...as this happened to me earlier on my other bike....

gaskets are fine.... as for the coil and the magneto...im sure they are working due to the spark?? is that right?? if it sparks

i have read alot on these topics and only posted here cuz i so gobsmacked...i really need help....can any one help me ???

THANKS OT THOSE WHO HAVE REPLIED....IM SO APPRECIATIVE THAT YOU TOOK THE TIME TO READ MY POST......THANKS

WHAT ELSE CAN I TRY FRIENDS?? I MAY HAVE TUNNEL VISION SO PLS ANY HELP WOULD BE FINE,,,ILL TASKE ANYTHING FROM BASIS TO FULL DETAILED EXAMPLES PLEASE

TRUTHFULLY my friend im so puzzled ive only got a cvhance to post here now but mybike has been sitting in my garage for the last 3 months.... fuel still good cuz when i use the fuel in m y other bike it fires and no probz...thats one way i cancel out factors, becuz i have 3 bikes i use the parts off working bikes to enabled myself to cancel out that factor....could i be worng somwhere?? i havetunnel vision even after 3 months....every now and then i go back and play with it....still no go..also i am using 50mls to 1 litre of fuel...its been broken in already ..........IM GOING TO PULL MY HAIR OUT FOR NOW..AND BANG MY HEAD AGAINST THE WALL......

THANKS GUYS....YOU GUYS RULE.....LOVE THIS SITE...MOTORED BIKES FOR LIFE YA'LL

Hey bluegoats how do i double check to make sure my coil/magneto is working?? Could mine be busted? Even if I'm getting spark?
