Thought try a modification of my exhaust. Having chosen a rather short exhaust header for high revs, but thought to try to put on an "appendix" to increase the volume. think it would work, or not.?
couldnt be the other one, cus volume of a pipe has nothing to do with anything other than being the end result of the correct design for that engine at that rpm...

No, the idea is not it to be be more loud (it's already pretty loud) instead is well thought copying Honda's ATAC system with a variable exhaust, unfortunately, I have not solved how to do the valve of exhaust chamber
The exhaust system I use is an aftermarket for yamaha DT60 which I've modified header. The muffler is full flow ie a perforated pipe with a silencer "wool"
Sorry for changing the topic of your thread. I am interested in making less noise from my bike. Do you know if the stinger goes inside the expansion chamber? How well does your free-flow silencer work?

The stinger does not go into the expansion chamber. The noise level is approximately the like this, however, I have another muffler but but the same type
