blowers dont have clutches
the flywheel will have the bosses at least, not necessarily drilled and tapped but.
and of course, the biggest issue is the outer housing where the clutch thingy/shaft etc are usually attached... thats been replaced by half a blower shroud.
if you get one cheap its a source of spare parts, but as a project engine, youll have to track down the front housing/flywheel cover/shroud thingy. clutch choes. etc. generic engine, should be pretty simple to find
and still no idea if that is the small or large type clutch until ones in your hand...
