Motorized bike not running

have you tried loosening the muffler a bit to see if it is clogged?

Search how to check for spark and timing
OR
Crank space full of fuel, mainly oil now as the petrol has been evaporating. I bet the first carby had the needle and seat leaking. Need to blow out crankcase (ah, crankcase not crank space) or ride around with spark plug out (rag over hole or you'll b wearing it). The proof will b on the rag.
Let us know how u go, it's important.
And DON'T run it without any form of exhaust pipe.

Spark? Crankcase flooded?
Read post 12, please.

We replaced the cylinder gasket and still no avail. the plug is no longer flooded as bad as before. and yes it has plenty of spark. i will try riding it around without plug.

If you are going to ride the bike without the spark plug, make sure that you disconnect the CDI from the magneto, otherwise there is a good chance that you could damage the CDI.

When you disconnect the CDI from the magneto wires, make sure that the ends of the magneto wires don't come into contact with each other, otherwise there is a good chance you will damage the magneto.

Although these engines are simple in their design, you need to think ahead and not create more problems than you are trying to solve.

I did all that now what should i do.

You do what i did when getting involved in this transport/hobby: you go in a corner and cry your eyes out for three days, because the damn engine won't work, no matter how much you try and fix it.

Then after a good three days of crying your eyes out, you hit the internet and spend 3 weeks reading everything and anything about these engines. Only then do you go back to the bike and start working on it, to make a complete success of the situation.

The other option is to do what one forum member did: throw the bike in a lake because he couldn't bear the despair of spending countless hours of his life trying to get the engine to work.
