My bike (updated 11/5/14)

amendment #2 did not pass on the ballot last night in Florida for medical marijuana by 3% but here is my personal bike (latest build). Upgrades are the head, long extension muffler, NGK wire, NGK boot (cap), NGK spark plug, 3hole sprocket adapter with 44t sprocket, engine mounted chain tensioner. I think the only things I want to change on this bike are the rear mounted gas tank with a custon tank, a new seat and new back wheel with 11g spokes for my heavy load. I don't have a working speedometer but im pretty sure it goes just around 30mph. I think for my next build I want something with a suspension so I can hit some trails.

Cool. I think you spent your hard earned money in the right places on that bike.
The voters of Arizona passed medical marijuana about a decade ago (I lived there at the time).
The AZ legislature never took further action, so nothing ever changed. Same as it ever was in AZ.

Decent

Here's a picture of one still in boxes just waiting to be assembled, it's an original ZEP from what I've found out not a later copy but both are decent steel frames to begin with. I've got a few day work ahead and hope to get a picture and video posted soon. Get a jackshaft kit for that bike if it's a steel frame if not you may want to look at a few old bike's on eBay. The weight of the bike frame is slightly more than aluminum but much stronger and when you start in with adding suspension and brakes as well increasing final drive speed you don't want surprises.

if you plan to repaint that metal frame, I bought something called paint stripper from home depot for about 10 buck and it stripped the paint off the old metal frame with absolute ease and I still have half the bottle left. Here is the bike a just repainted and put together (wheels not painted yet) :

Thanks but I've already striped the frame repainted it and sanded it twice it's "RELIC" in style and covered completely except for two spots with the brass showing to show off it's age. Look closely you'll see the tabs securing the three speed Nexus next a trek suspension fork followed by install of Jack shaft wheels are stainless /alloy 12 gauge spoke tires Continental Speed King
new 66 cc have CDI and performance carb on the way also stalled pressure plate with a natural diamond epoxied and high temp grease to run wet clutch on this one should work quietly and as well issue plenty response ..

I hope you don't have clearance issues. The motor mount area looks small but i guess you already thought of that. Looks like you possibly might just need to add an intake offset. Good luck

Thanks for the interest and I'm hoping not to blow up before the bike does..

The bike is old but steady still working on it ..
