Large OCC Stingray

I have a friend here that collects hundreds of bicycles but doesn't motorize them. He found this nice stingray (see picture) and asked me if anyone would like to have it to motorize ...

Regular OCC up front and the one he wants to sell in the background. He didn't say what he wanted out of it but he is really fair. I know because I have bought bikes off of him before.
