Posting pictures of what you have would be better, then we know exactly how many sections of the engine have been separated.

HI BUTTeRBEAN- I FINALLY GOT SOME PICTURES AND JUST UPLOADED THEM. ONE CALLED GASKET IS CUZ HE MADE A GASKET FOR THIS PART -IT IS METAL AND ALL BENT. AM I TO ASSUME THat this will never do? if i missed anything lemme know.. thanks KALAM

Ya know what else i wanna say is that my gas tank has gotten all rusty and the guy that took it apart told me that the rings were all rusty and one was stuck even. Did the rings get rusty becuz of rusty gas? Im gonna guess that becuz the tank doesnt have airtight lid that moisture can form in there. ?? I have used vinegar to get it out of the tank and as u can see he cleaned up the piston and rings. Do you think there might be more further in the engine? Thanks for any stuff you can tell me. Im determined to learn how to take care of my bike myself so this never happens to me again.. Kalam

were you paying this dude? have him buy you a new engine. you don't clean rings, you replace them. those are never going to seal again

Oh my, that guy did a number. It almost seems like he did this on purpose. So sad. It may be possible to rebuild that engine, but for the amount of work it would take, I'd say you're better off just buying a new engine. I'm so sorry that this happened to you. Replacement engines can be found on eBay for less than a hundred dollars. Do not go back to that guy, unless it's to demand a refund. How much did you pay him?

THANKS AGAIN BUTTERBEAN!
i DID NOT LIKE YOUR REPLY BUT I LOVE IT. STRAIGHT TO THE POINT! UNFORNTUNATELY THATS NOT AN OPTION. LIVE AND LEARN AYE!? TWICE IF YOU'RE BLONDE. 3 IF YOUR PINK!
ALWAYS LOVE
KALAM
END OF THREAD!

I wish you'd been around about a month ago when I had two used engines for sale, $25 each plus shipping. Unfortunately, I no longer have any spare engines.
