66cc skyhawk wont start, when checked for problems spark plug wire inside pieces fell out could that be problem, ? Plus I used synthetic oil and its been sitting for couple months back tire locks when release clutch.
sounds like spark plug cap is dead - you'll need a new one, but a temp fix is to strip back plug wire a bit and wrap end of wire around top of plug, then hold it in place with a nut
