Mike, I don't see any way to shove a direct drive 2-stroke engine sprocket on the left on that bike and keep your disc brake.

Giant makes great bikes, but maybe you should think tire-rubbing small engine for powering it if you want to keep the disc brake.

Yeah I actually had to use the washers on the M10 bolts to get the correct chain line,
as pictured above is almost %100 perfect. There is very little clearance with the bolt heads on the brake rotor so I did have to grind them down just slightly.

You are asking a question on a thread that was last active 8 years ago with a lot of members who also have not been active in some time. I would suggest starting your own new thread to ask this question, and then also include information on the bike, wheels, etc. and maybe include pictures of your setup so we can offer better advice.

Otherwise, the short answer to the question is, you can't.
