Questions about the Predator 212 engine

Been looking at the Predator 212 engine have a couple questions.

There are two fill plugs, yellow, I`m sure one is to add oil but why two?
Also can this engine be mounted with the head up?

No replies on the Predator.

Speaking of motors we dragged out this old four cycle motor today and stripped it down with intentions of using it in my board track bicycle build.
I think it will be to heavy plus the carb is pretty wore out.

There are two fill plugs so that one motor can work for various applications where one fill plug may be blocked.

to angle the motor any way but as it comes you need to disable the oil level sensor (which you should be doing anyway. get it done while you're working on the governor) and level the carb by installing a custom intake plenum. the stock carb is super tiny anyway so go ahead and replace it with something a buttload bigger for a couple of extra horses

Thanks skyash and butre, I haven`t decided if that`s the engine for what I want yet but thanks for the info.
I`m looking for a engine that has the old look.

Now I`m getting some where, put a Mikuni on it and it runs great, also added some fake push rod tubes for looks.
When I start the build I`ll start another build thread.

IN CASE YOU CAN'T GET TO ONE BECAUSE OF OBSTRUCTION WORD OF ADVISE DON'T BUY A 212 CC THOSE ARE MEYHAM DEATH KITS A COUPLE UTB VIDEOS HAVE ABOUT A SKIMP 2 VIDEOS AND THEY ARE TURN AROUND FROM ANY KIT YOU CAN BUY MEANING YOU NEED A MACHINE SHOP THE MUFFLE SIT 4' AWAY FROM YOUR GENTIAL BURNS AT 2000 DEGREES F% THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN GET ON OR OFF THE BIKE WITHOUT GETTING BUR THE IT IS WAY TOO f***ING BIG FOR ANY BICYCLE FRAME I COULD NOT EVEN GET ON MINE MANY STORIES ABOUT TRYING TO BUILD ONE THE BIKE FALLS OVER IT BREAKS LEGS EVERY TIME HERD OF YOU GUY WORKING ON TRANSMISSION FELL OVER CRUSH HIS HEAD PIN HIM AND IS NOW PARALYZED I FILED COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY TO BANNED THEM 26 MORE ISSUES I HAVE WITH THAT KIT DON'T HAVE THE TIME.

Sorry about that guy that got hurt, no worries from a guy that`s been riding Harleys for 45 years, I`ve layed a Harley down at 80-100 mph that wore threw the back of my helmet and both shoulders of a AF flight jacket.
Ain`t gonna worry about a hot muffler, ain`t going to get one of those engines anyway, brought the engine pictured above back from the dead and putting it in a ground up build.
