bike won't start

So today I tried starting bike, it gives me pops but hesistate's to start. I check magneto and it was soaked in gas and oil. Replaced it with a new one. And try and start it doesn't turn over. Motor seems stuck now I don't know why. The clutch acts as a brake and rear tire skids and I don't here it turning over at all. Very strange can't figure out what happened?

have you replaced the clutch pads recently? if so they may need to be adjusted. also it sounds like you might have oil and such leaking into the magneto cover. try takeing that cover off and putting RTV blue silicon gasket maker on the seal. this will keep outside water out and help you eliminate one big problem that many run into. if you are still getting moisture in the cover than you have a leaky seal and that is not an easy problem to fix. keep posting someone out there will help you nail it down and get you going again. good luck and don't give up

oh by the way take that cover off and clean it out with some carb cleaner or brake cleaner and let it dry out in the sun for about an hour before you use the Blue RTV sealant on the cover. auto part stores carry both of these for about $5 each.
