Motor turns over and clutch engages but wont stay running. I have spark ands its getting fuel. I have 3 spare CDIs and a few plugs have tried multiple setups. The whole motor has less then 5 hours on it.

what means 'wont stay running' - won't run after just a few pops, won't run after an hour, . . .

I dont have the kill switch hooked up at all. My fuel is 16/1. As soon as i drop the clutch and give it gas it starts for about 10 seconds then shuts off.

16:1 seems awful rich and could be fouling the plug. (Rich as in too much oil) What does your plug look like? Check the tank valve and make sure you are getting good gas flow to the carburetor.

sounds like it is new - you shouldn't 'drop the clutch' - ease out the clutch while continuing to pedal and keep pedaling till the bike starts to pull on its own

new motors often like a bit of choke, but once it pops a few times, the choke then needs to be off

Sounds like you're to rich. Either fuel to oil or fuel to air or both. You could try adjusting the needle clip in your carb to a higher position or leaner setting. Check out the sticky on carb tuning basics. Good place to start.

I have run way to much oil and it never stop it from running just more smoking and slower. Like 100ml oil to 500 ml petrol

That's why I told America to convert to the metric system but they wouldn't listen :D
