To make a company or not to make a company

Hey there people of the internet I have a question to ask. I am ready to build a motorized bike but my problem is that I have to earn some money so I can build one. Due to the fact I have no support from parents (i'm 16). I thought it would be great if I make a business out of it and just built and sell bikes so I can earn myself enough money to build my own for myself. As I estimated I would be asking for 995 dollars per bike because I am going to sell it with a 4 stroke engine, a boost bottle, and wheels dedicated for motorized bikes. What I can also offer is to build a bike upon your preference and request and give you an estimation of how much it would cost to build and how much time it would take to build.

Start small chepo motor on cheap bike cost me $70 for bikes $130 for the motor kit then I sell for $350 sell a couple and then the money you make gets you the next one

Did that for about 10 bikes and a few times I bought a "no good motorbike"for 100$ and fixed it for about another 20-30$ and was able to sell them for 300$

170$ profit on a 300$ bicycle... Huh I could make a good hobby out of it:D

Anything is possible in this world. But you are a kid with few tools and no experience working with these things. You can slam some kits into some cheap bikes but you'd better be ready for your customers to bring them back!

Thanks for all the great advice but the thing is I would like the parts to be quality and not get a bad rep and also do you know where I can sell them?

lol I might have some competition here;)

I have good luck with Craiglist but in my area you have to stand out.... Be the cheapest price, best looking, and the fastest with some flashy parts:D

Who doesn't love that

You tell the customer it does 20kmh eny faster and thay expect to much for $350 once they ride it out of my view it's there problem no refund it can and will do 20kmh for shore I like to ride them around the block a couple of times then tell them it's ready to roll on pick up the killer is having money in a bike with no customer lined up even get a down payment if you can i do some people pay in full straight up

You will get bad reviews even if you sell something that has no flaws and is perfect. There are just some a$$holes out there, always was always will be

High quality parts are expensive and even they still have problems

Best bit is kids selling same bikes I got and kit for $800 so when they heard my price you can't beat it. And I sell from my home so try and review that
