Jackshaft kit?

I have no idea why that is, or really what you mean... Pictures??
I've fixed thay. i placed the plate upside down... silly me :p... Anyway all i have to do is tighten the motor in place and its done, I'll let you know how it goes..

That ebay seller stole a copyrighted picture (blue bike) from us. Can you take a picture or two of his "instruction manual"?

This obviously is an inferior copy of our original 2007 design. For the same price in the USA you can get out current model. Thanks.

From what I've seen is you make the best (and only in my opinion) shift kit.

I didn't know anyone else made a shift kit

Chinese knock offs. For the same price as the real thing. Leaves out certain parts, junky and frankly not successful. Anyway I contacted the ebay seller and he removed the picture stolen from us. Thanks.

My opinion is that you get the Heavy Duty SickBikeParts shift kit, and upgrade it with the Ultra Heavy Duty "twin row" freewheel bearing, as well as the optional left hand side and right hand side chain tensioners, because it will give you the proven reliability to do this:

If you're upgrading the freewheel to the UHD straight away anyway, why start with the HD kit and not just the standard one?

Either way, we can for the cost difference, upgrade either kit, but the HD kit does come with a BB cartridge, vs just the spindle for the standard kit. Mixing and matching isn't a problem for us as we can invoice separately. Thanks!

At the risk of sounding dumb, is the UHD freewheels increase in strength enough to warrant replacing my current HD free wheel? I ask this because my bike has your HD kit, I have another HD kit for my next build, and a extra HD free wheel because the one with the kit failed at about 600 miles. I chalked it up as a fluke, and purchased the spare. If the UHD will work on my bike, and keep me from riding home with my feet held up in the air to keep my legs from being beaten to death by the pedals I'm interested. I'm getting close to the 1200 mile mark and getting a little nervous. To any others who might read this post don't get me wrong. I regard the SBP shift kit as a quality product, and have never regretted using it. I only posted this to see if I can make what I have, and what I am about to build better.

Your HD FW failed because the cover snap ring was not in place. This is definitely a White assembly issue, not a long term reliability issue. It has occurred with several people, and regardless if new or just finished a bearing replacement, that ring needs to be fully seated. The pawls are the same on both freewheels. The difference is a double row of bearings in the UHD FW. This helps in application that side load the bearing, which is not typically an issue with the gas engines.
