eneyone ever put nonpopabel tiers or tubes on there motorized bike?

like non-pneumatic solid tubes? don't bother, you'll experience the harshest ride of your life and some nasty wobbles in turns. you're much better off finding a tire with a very thick wall.

have only one customer that got lucky enough for solid tube to fit very tight and not wobble - ride is a bit harsh tho

fits so tight that every time tread wears out, I have to hacksaw old tire off

befor i swaped my motor off my mt bike to the 20" i got 2 poped tiers with in the first week of rideing it . gess ill just git some slime or or something

Not a good solution.
Millions of people have ridden billions of miles on regular bicycle tires, I'm sure you can too.
What are you doing wrong? How did the tires get damaged?
Nails or sharp object puncture? Watch where you ride and proper air pressure.
Stone punch thru damage? More air pressure needed.
Tool damage from mounting the tire? Use plastic tools and some soap or talcum.
Old tires and tube weathered and cracked? Everything wears out sometime.

A patch kit and plastic tools are $5 at Walmart. Learn to use them and carry them with you.
I carry the patch kit, dual screwdriver, plug wrench, 8mm, 10mm and small adjustable and a 3,4&5mm allen keys.
I can almost rebuild the engine with that kit.

I used solid tires for about 2 weeks and I can tell you this much don't do it. I had the worst back tire wobble it seemed like the faster you go the more wobble you got.

I have a customer been using solid tube for years - ride is very hard, and only one brand of tire seems to fit it properly - he likes it tho and has worn 3 tires to the cord with no problems - his fit so tight that to change the tire, I have to saw the old one off

I wonder of the result of filling an inner tube with great stuff foam...

Never mind that's a terrible idea...
