Anyone know where I can buy???? Found plenty of 1/2 X 9/16, but thats NOT what I want.

Are you trying the extend the pedals out from the crank arms or are you trying to extend the crank arm ends out from the engine?
I can only assume you want the pedals moved, due to the fact that nobody makes a half inch extention, now here's me next question, are you hell bent on keeping the pedals you have now?
If you are then you are sol... Sorry, if not, then proceed.
They make half inch to 9/16th adapters, I probably have a pair laying around in my basement. If you use an adapter you can use standard thread pedals so as long as they aren't metric, and because the adapter is much like a spacer size-wise you would have effectively extended a pair of pedals, just not the original ones you are using. There could be an off chance that a 9/16 male to 1/2 female could exist, meaning you'd end up with a 1 inch extention, but you'll have to Google that yourself for results may vary.

Update: I contacted Worksman Cycles and they confirmed the pedal extenders are 1/2" x 1/2".
