I sometimes have strange ideas when I've worked way to many hours between work and my bicycle shop this is the outcome of one of those ideas. I started with a 24in. kuluna makamaka frame from a trade in added a set of 24in mountain bike forks and bars cut down the rear fender added a three in setback on the seat. I used a stingray 24 in frt tire and a 24x1.75 0n the frt. the as to keep cost down I threw or really shoehorned in a cheapo 66cc silver slant from Kings (last motor Ill ever buy from them their cust service is the worst) . then I had my neighbor paint the thrush bird in the inlay. anyway here she is. (we call it The quick the small and the scary) Let me know what you think

He probably had so much work done to that honda to bust 11s. If the same money were dumped into a b13 Sentra with an sr20de it'd easily pull 10s. Hondas need more HP than many other cars of equal weight doing similar times because they lack greatly in torque. I've been to the races with a buddy in his b13 and every Honda owner has some reason or another why they can't race. They could just come out and say why...their 2000 lb car with 500 HP but just 300 torque can't touch a 2000 lb 500 HP car with 450 torque.

there are guys here running hondas with over 650hp and then add another 200 double staged in no2 that turn high 9's low 10's all day!Having a bit less torque is beneficial to them being front wheel drive they come out of the hole better with less wheel spin then spray it when rolling to make up for less tourqe !

A Toyota, Mazda or Nissan (sticking to Jap imports for argument's sake) of equal weight with that same 650 HP and 200 nos shot would decimate with their torque advantage. Plus all high HP fwd drag racers use launch controllers to get that perfect launch. Honda makes great lawnmowers and economy cars, but race car they are not lol. Yes, I'm a hater but have numbers to prove it. World's fastest (not funny car) 4 cylinder is a steel bodied Datsun with an sr20 pulling 6.91 on the quarter. Edit: seems I'm a little behind and a couple other fiberglass body cars have gone a little quicker since, a Mitsubishi and a Ford. But no Hondas.

My long time buddy (builder and owner of the northern force car) and I are currently running a 2016 hellcat! It has 840 hp and just over 700 torque and even with an m/t comp at 315 width and launch control it still breaks lose past half track if you dont peddle it! There is a point where you just end up fighting the high torque,so far the only way we can get it to hook well and not spin on shifts is to run a big tire slick and disconnect the electronic suspension to allow more weight tranfer to the rear!

Skyline 214hp rb20 turbo. honda prelude 2.2 vtir 200hp non turbo not much diff.. Now turbo the honda and see what happens. The Skyline runs hi 14 sec stock. And my sr20 needs 4 times the work and parts to keep up . I run a 11 sec sr20 in a blue bird. Gave up on the sky line after 10k spent on it and blow up. my honda is for. a to b so no mods...... Theres all ways some one faster. Lol
