Tomorrow I'm going to work on the bike, I hope it's an fix. One other thing I noticed Is the head bolts are smaller and they haven't budged

two things I noticed you said but should never do never push wire into your jet they are soft brass and the shape of the venturi can be easily damaged even copper wire and small pressure will affect the edges of the internal taper

and never use silicone anywhere gas go's yes they use it for head gaskets on car engines but it doesn't touch much fuel when applied properly on your air filter it going to let loose and go inside the motor it won't cause much damage going through but most of the time a chunk will hold your slide up and your stuck at half or more throttle

that almost killed a friend of mine on a Dr 370 after he jumped off the bike it hit a tree at around 70 and wrapped his front rim around the forks he was badly hurt just jumping on grass at that speed
so use seal all its gas /oil safe

tire skidding means your compression is too high. you'll quickly wear out the needle roller bearing at the top of the connecting rod. Also it causes too high a piston and head temperature. but it doesn't cause bogging at high RPM.

Bogging- if you don't have an intake air leak or a leak at the crank seals then you have to change the hole size in your main jet. My site tells how to do that. (click on my signature link)
If your engine compression is too high how can you lower it?

I have a question. Just put new piston, rings, gaskets. But now piston stroke rises too high locking up cause cannot complete it's revolution upto combustion chamber?? What could cause this? Everything the same.?

Possibly the wrong piston...there are two types...a low pin and a high pin...a high pin piston would possibly be too tall for a short pin type motor and hit the combustion chamber of the head and lock up from completing a revolution.

Thought they were all standard..the same.. Will check that out.. Thanks for the feed back..much appreciated!

Very helpful troubleshooting guide Jag.
I know my no spark issue is the magnet(s). Iv'e had two go bad after running a couple hundred miles each. Just got a new one from Gasbike.net, it was bad get go. (I meant NO go).
I know it's not a heat problem, I'm running a little rich and it's cold here in OR. I think this one could have lost magnet strength because they shipped it inside the magneto coil that I also ordered just in case. The two that went bad would not hold there own weight against a screwdriver blade on one magnet but strong on the other. Same thing with the new one (out of the package).
Iv'e been looking for technical information on these particular magnets, no luck yet. Going to try a couple of methods to re-magnetize.
These things come from china or ? in a shipping create all stuck together for who knows how long, so you don't know what your getting.
Vendors/Dealers don't test or do quality control.
Any good vendors/dealers out there that will back a part like this?
I bought from Gasbike.net because the price was good, $10 for mag coil, $5 for magnet + shipping. The mag coil ohms are within specs, (same as my original). Now I have 3 bad magnets, don't need four. LoL

Very odd to have this amount of parts all bad, your have obviously checked the way your reinstalling the magnet?

maybe worth checking all the connectivity and the earth to the coil, making sure the the varnish has been removed from the back of the coil and coil lead could be bad.

i would start to suspect something else isn't right, very strange as these motors "can" be problematic but they certainly ain't rocket science.

there really is only maybe half a dozen things that could be wrong in the way of getting the engine running
