Chain Tensioner Gear idler or roller wheel idler for spring tensioner

Hi,
I've currently been running my bike without a tensioner because my lower chainstay is angled and I can't use one. But I've seen that the chain is getting very slack so I want to get one of the spring tensioners that attach to the gear case.

thanks I'm liking the mbrebel one even though I have to pay Aussie dollar conversion and shipping which sucks but hopefully worth it
