This last race of the 8th season of SoCal Motor Bicycle Racing is going to be

We also race GoPeds and GoQuads.

The big news is that we are racing at a New Track in Perris, CA.
APEX RACING CENTER.

We are racing Clockwise.

Bikes will be racing 6 lap heats and a 12 lap final on the full track, 0.56 mile laps as measured.

We will be using the dog leg on the left of the long bottom straight with the Start/Finish in the middle.
The track has been tested by several SMBR racers who live close to Apex.
The asphalt is in very good condition.

All racers on Sat Oct 27th to have an easy to read at a distance Front Number Plate with minimum 6" high numbers.

Numbers can be taller than 6"
Like racing motorcycles you can have 3 Number Plates on your bike, Front and both sides.

Color combinations of Numbers & Backgrounds that are hard to read are not allowed and there needs to be
enough spacing to make numbers readable at a distance.
Fancy or distorted numbers are discouraged.
3 digit numbers should be condensed.

SMBR only uses 1 to 999 as race numbers.
We do not use any Letters or 0, 00, 09, 077 etc.

You get to keep your number as long as you are racing with us.
If you do not have a number plate on Oct 27th you can not race. Thanks!

I'm planning to go, Kevin says he wants to go too, he just has some stuff to do to his bike first. We will be there early for practice in my motor home. See you at the track!!
You are the only one on this forum that comes to the races.
Your motor home will be in a gravel parking lot so bring sheets of cardboard, plywood, astro turf, tarps, etc
so you can work on your bikes.
More info and a race event page coming soon.
See you in about 2 months.

We race 3 classes of China girl motors. Classes are based on rider ability and motor mods.

Novice

Expert
and we also race just about any kind of single speed motor up to 212 cc four strokes making about 20 HP.

When y'all coming to south Florida?
Why would we come to Florida?
There has never been a motorized bicycle race in FL.

There is motorized bicycle racing in MO and IL with quite a few of them coming to our Oct 27th race
every year. A few racers have come from FL. We get racers from Hawaii and all up the West Coast.

SoCal Motor Bicycle Racing has been racing kart tracks for 8 years since 2011.

I'm the only one who goes from this forum? Come on you guys!! Just about anyone can beat me. :) I'm driving about 175 miles each way. I'm staying at an RV park only 20 miles from the track on Thursday and going back to the RV park after the race on Saturday to get in a few days of fishing before coming home Tuesday.

I've been wanting to go but have lacked funds. I'm hoping for the best with this upcoming race. Its 16 miles each way to apex kart track from Yucaipa, so I might show up just to watch if I can't get the funds to participate.
