Japanese Moped

Hi.
I'm in japan,and making a moped.
Base is beach cruiser from amazon, and it has 2-stroke gasoline engine.
Japanese raw about motorcycle is pretty confusing, but I'm working and studying hard.
Maybe I can ride this in July.
Thank you for reading and sorry to poor English.

Love it!

Looks like you still using the rubber gasket/rag joint style sprocket mount? With all those accessories on that heavy frame, and the fact that by the looks of it you will be riding it a lot, I would definitely look for a CNC'd hub mount to save those poor spokes.

Finally I drove my moped at road today.
She runs in a good mood, and top speed was about 32km/h.
Some of 3D printed parts broken because of vibration,so I'll remake or replace to metal.

And thank you guys,I cannot found CNC hub at JP Amazon and Ali,but I found it in ebay.

Hi.
I update my Japanese moped with tons of 3D printed stuff.
I added front light stays and speedmeter/key plate.
I want to add more short mirror,CNC hub, springer fork,9L long tank, more portable lock, and more longer center stand.(but no money)
Anyway she runs so well.I love this lemon.
I ordered NGK plug at amazon today. I hope it fixes engine stall.
Maybe next update will be after few months,I appreciate.
Thanks :)

I don't like to attach two levers(brake and clutch),so I used "remote lockout lever"from Ali.
It wasmade for lock MTBs front fork suspension or seat post, but it works well at mopeds clutch.
Because it is simple mechanism of "pull wire and secure, and release when push button".
