Hello people

Do you know where I can find all the parts required for rebuilding a clutch/transmission for the 80cc motor?

Previously I dealt with an 80cc 2 stroke motor, which revealed to be a total mess, the reparation costs turned the motor's
recovery into a lost cause, and I had to scrap it.

I salvages almost the totality of the parts, except for the transmission shaft, the large transmission gear, the crankshaft reduction gear,
the crankshaft and the conrod.

The extractor threats were damaged and the tool couldn't hold a grip on the clutch, leaving it stuck inside, preventing me to access
the crankcase screws and to open the motor.

I visited a workshop and neither a professional managed to help me, he suggested me to scrap the motor, as the conrod had a really dangerous
side to say play and it were unworthy to recover it.

I think this is what your looking for.

Awww thank you! They won't ship in my country

These guys ships in Italy but the kit hasn't the 3 pins

I could order one and ship it to you. With shipping and taxes to me is about $50.00 Canadian. I'm not sure how much extra for me to send it to Italy but if you're willing to pay the extra shipping to Italy I'd be willing to help out a fellow hobbyist get the parts they need.

I'm worried that I would spend as much, if not more, than getting a motor from Gasbike.com
But I'll think on it! :D

yea i hate to brake it to you but your probaly going to spend more on rebuilding that clutch then it costs to get a new engine.
i would use that motor as a spare, and get another motor (keep in mind your time is valueable as well, keep that in mind as well)

good luck!

It's really what I came to conclude, I probably will keep the case as a spare part, I'd love to get a well made motor, I'm sick of
trying my luck on chinese stuff

if you want to spend the $
fred from cr machine is a great guy!
and makes great engines!

Oh yeah I heard about him, I know that he makes really great high compression heads, he probably is between my first two sources for a new engine!

Hey there buddies, I hate leaving people not updated, I got out of the stalemate:

The supplier from where I got the kit gently provided my a clutch repairing kit, surprisingly generous too:
A shaft; a front and rear end assembly; a clutch cable spring; two clutch plates (wtf?); a flower nut; two screws (just one of them is for the FN);
a small bevel gear, a clutch cable and 6 spare clutch pads, for just 11 bucks.

Judging by the two clutch plates and the single flower nut screw, if they just shoved a bunch of parts in a mail bag, I'm really lucky:
Except for the flower nut and the two clutch plates, it's all what I needed for later!

I'll swap the stock ball bearings with G25 hard steel bearings as soon as I'll get my hands on a vice:
The HEV bike is back on the assembly line :)
