So the engine has arrived from China in one peice....actually about 6 if your counting the kick start, gear shifter carb, coil, and voltage regulator but who's counting right? You are all here for THE BUILD right? WHATS IT LOOK LIKE?!?!?! RIGHT?? WELL HERE IT IS!!!!! in all her glory, all 100cc's of Chinese goodness. Side note: before I get a million comments on what's wrong with this picture WAIT!!!!!! It is 3:30 in the morning, I am building it tomorrow this is just a pic of the motor setting in the frame after i.took my old motor out. I REALIZE the spark plug is touching the frame I REALIZE IT'S NOT ALIGNED, it is just sitting on a 4 stroke mounting plate right now for the picture, I REALIZE she is half naked, hello?? I just said she is just posing for a pic....lol and lastly I REALIZE THERE WILL STILL BE 100 comments about whats wrong lol who am I kidding it's a forum and every body knows absolutely everything about anything there is to talk about. So tomorrow...THE BUILD!!!!! can't wait stay tunes for minute to minute updates. Until next time stay thirsty my friends...
 
Here's the pics. And before i have to read anymore comments about how this motor is a turd and it's not much better than a 66cc China doll (hilarious really rotfl you guys really stick up for your China dolls) look up the suzuki ax100 mods on you tube. It's the exact same motor.

(There is a lot) at the very end you will read that he does not use the auto lube system/pump because it's a poor cencept and is better may run regular 2 stroke ratio not 26:1 add the factory suggests with this system

Note that the website you list hasn't been updated since 2014.

Also he's absolutely dead wrong about the oil injection system on the AX100, he claims they're only controlled by throttle opening.

Which is complete hogwash.

All 2 stroke injection systems, if cable controlled, are also volume controlled by the rpm of the engine that drives them. I've owned over 9 various Suzuki, Hodaka, Honda and Yamaha 2 cycle enduro bikes. If the oil pump is gear driven off the engine it is in fact controlled by both RPM and the throttle cable volume control. Suzuki made all of their oil injected 2 stroke engines with direct injection into the main bearings. You should never disconnect a Suzuki CCI injection system.

variable volume pump, volume controlled by a cable attached to the throttle. one squirt per rev. yep. and some bikes take it straight to the bearings. some just dribble it into the intake.

maybe he got confused with premix? that is delivered proportional to throttle only.

only thing to worry about oil injectors is that they are adjusted correctly, and that you use oil intended for injection systems.

oh. and that theres oil in the tank.
