I am thinking of a 6.5hp rear drive.

So basically bolt some steel angle to the gaussetts by the rear wheel running up Parrell to the frame.
Then have some steel plate sit on top with the predator 6.5 and have that run a centrifugal clutch to run chain down to a offset sprocket on the wheel hub. Ideas??? Unfortunately my bike is aluminum tube and can’t be welded with traditional methods so it will have to be bolted.

Will this work ya think... too heavy on the back/instabilities the engine is 40lbs. I think there should be enough space. I really don’t want o use the 79cc which is smaller and lighter as it’s the same price as the 212 and the 212 has 2x the torque and power
 
Gonna be pretty rear heavy but possible. Might do wheelies. With that big of a motor in frame would be ideal.
i just changed my mind. I think i want it to rather be a pusher trailer. Is their an advantage of hooking the trailer onto the seatpost versus lets say lower like the gausset plates by the wheel hub....????

Also what length and width should the pusher be to accommodate the engine. I was thinking 47” long 10” inner distance between the 2 channels as I have to subtract the flange which is 3/4 on either side. The wheel will be a 10” Hf tire with a 5/8 rod stock on pillow bearings... the channel stock was free as i cut down a road sign with a grinder

Do you have the motor yet? I’ve never used a trailer-pusher so don’t know what kind of issues they have. What frame/bike is it?
Well i biked down to hf today 12mi from where i live not knowing the box size so i wasnt able to bring it home as it was too big and heavy. I usually take a bike trailer and if i knew better i would.... But then i wouldnt be able to take the train. Basically i bike from my house to the train station, hide from the conductor (tickets r too xpensive) and get off 3 stations down and bike to harborfreight to shorten the time. I clocked the train at 80mph max speed and i can only sustain like 12mph over long distances... So i plan on picking up the engine on monday, meaning it will be like a 2hr bike ride but... i want to start building the frame today lol
Unfortunately the channel stock is overkill and weighs 18lbs total. I hope this engine will be able to push my trailer which will prolly weight 100lbs when complete. I kind of want it to push me 135lbs and maybe i will make a 2 seater post which is another 135lbs if another person is on there..
The current bike frame is Al so i cant weld onto it. Like you cant weld steel to aluminum as u cant weld 2 different metals and welding al requires mig or tig w/argon gas or special stick rods and is kind of difficult, so its out of the question. I am looking for a steel framed bike at the junkyard... The frame doesnt really matter too much as its all contained in a trailer. I also want the trailer be able to have future upgrades like the trailer is made of galvanized stock so it should last my lifetime. Maybe i might want to throw a 420cc engine in it 5 years from now, so it should have room for future modifications....

Get the hemi it has the cast aluminum instead of steel valve cover. I want to get mine going on the chopper but I need to get billet rod and stuff.
what da ya mean by hemi. Some hf engines are different than others??? how do i know which ones have it.... like i can open the boxes in the store and pull the engine out?
EDIT: Just watched a video xplaining the difference. Thx a lot man. The hemi has item 60363 printed on the box. Non hemi is 69730. I hope i get lucky with the inventory at my store.... But qeustion: is the hemi alot better than the non hemi.

no difference in reliability for utility use, , trailer drives have been done and motorized carts for a long time, hope you keep us posted!
