There were other bikes going faster than some 212s. The fastest bike there is scotto's gxh160 with the works pushing out 22 hp in unlimited, been there 4 years now.

Scotto's race bike is a 212. More like 215cc
Maybe 20 hp

Yes. There is only one manufacturer in the USA.

Got nothing to say at either forum right now and I just got home from the races this afternoon.
Yes injuries from crashes will keep happening at our races which is why we have an EMT and the racers are required to wear safety gear and follow safe racing practices.
Bobs injuries had nothing to do with 212s racing and is none of your business.
SMBR has a closed Racer Only group.

Surfers get more board injuries, climbers get more fall injuries, typists get more carpal tunnel, hookers along with their johns get more STD's. There were more bike racers than peds and 2 ped racers that also raced bikes and 1 bike racer that switched to peds.
There are always more bikes than peds but you are the expert who was a spectator at one race.

You should see all the Messengers from my racers thanking me for everything from the race! Hahaha

A lot of local racers and bikers are riding with me to Donuts Derelicts in April.
Gilbert, Dale, Ray, Baird, and others. We gonna have a good time.

Yeah. we race high powered pedal bikes on kart tracks that 450cc SuperMoto's also race on.
Are 450cc SuperMoto's motorcycles? Damn they are fast, probably lap up too many times in a race.

These same tracks are also raced on with real, purchased, motorcycles. We are in no way pushing these tracks to their limits.
Accidents happen in nearly any sport or hobby. I've seen kids get shattered shins messing with fast rc cars. People have been ko'd by stray golf balls. I've gotten more banged up rock climbing multi-pitch climbs than riding. Go preach at the mx crowd how unsafe double backflips are. Not sure why you have such a hair up your butt with how others have fun on closed courses. Nobody jumped in thinking there was no chance for ouchies, thaat waiver we signed before getting on the track explains it all if you didn't already know.
