Just got my first bike. Beat up but fun to play with. Got it to learn this winter. Prolly get a nicer setup closer to spring. The carb is pouring out gas. Know little about these carbs. Does not look like most of the carbs on you tube or for sale on the popular sites. Does not slide on to a manifold tube like I normally see. Its flush mounted to the block. Couple levers I am not sure about.... assume on is a choke and the other looks like a fuel cut off but the tank already has one. Really trying not to spend much money on this thing. The fuel leak looks like its comming from this knob thingy. Anyone know of a rebuild kit or a suitable replacement. Cheap is the name of the game. Plus I live overseas and my military shipping is limited to one pound.

Thanks for the quick reply. Can I get a gasket set? Or will any carb fit?
You can, but there quite expensive

Id suggest you get a billet intake and a NT/speed carb (the one thst normally comes on the kit) and you will have better preformence all around

Billet intake

Carb

Very useful info. Was hoping not to spend money on a new part. Will ask if anyone has a used set for sale. But the shipping will prolly be more.
Is the float bowl the piece on the very bottom? If so... leak is definitely comming from much higher on the carb. Thought it may have been the gas hose. Nope. I snugged down the two screws on the valve below the fuel inlet. Nope. But definatly from that area.
Not many motorized bikes around. Lots of moped/scooters. If I go to a moped repair shop... would they recognize this type of carb?

you would probably spend more money and time there than the cost of the parts.

but the other place would be the fuel shut off (they leak very slowly over time) you can fix that by removing the components, then jb welding the area. then drilling out the fuel shut off. thats what i had to do on all my pocket bike carbs.

Do I need a fuel cut off? There is a cut off on the tank. Can I just plug it up with JB weld?
