My 2015 Coleman Ct200U stock starts fully on choke, idles on choke, but when I turn choke fully off, I go really fast (Which Is Good) but when I stop, and idle, the moment I give the bike some gas, It stalls. right now I run it at choke halfway off, which causes the engine not to stall but to backfire really, really badly.
Again, Please Help!

Any time you need to use the choke to help it run means it's starving for fuel. Pilot jet out of adjustment, dirty carb, fuel restriction going to carb. Gas cap not venting properly. Easy test for that is to run motor w/cap off see if it improves. The back fire might be caused by the motor being out of time. The keyway needs to be inspected to see if it has sheared at all, located on the crank and the flywheel slides over it. It should be easy to inspect by eye balling it. Might need a flashlight and a paperclip if needed. Also can check if keyway slots are in alignment. I'd take care of the carb 1st, that may fix it.

Take off the bowl and clean the jet, then check to see if the float is supplying enough gas (ie not super slow drops) if that all checks out re install it and it should be good to go!

I had the same bike, do your self a favor, install a small inline fuel filter (around 5$ or free if you have one laying around) it will eliminate nearly all of the problems that engine has (its nutritious for chipping some coating from the tank and it gets sucked into the gasoline and carb)
These are basicly what i used (there a lot cheaper than local) https://www.ebay.com/itm/262825252066

Just bought my boy a brand new coleman ct100u. The bike starts on full choke, but it won't run at no choke after the engine is warmed up. Also t he bike stalls at stops sometimes.

Welcome to MotoredBikes.com,

Intake leak - Spray carb cleaner around the intake gasket area and listen for the RPMs to change this will tell ya if you got an intake leak

Engine running on full choke means the engine is running lean. Full choke gives the engine more gas.

So check the fuel system too. Make sure the carb is getting enough gas.

I would suspect a float issue, often times the float will get off centered from shipping and kind of stick in one spot. It lets a little bit of fuel in but not really enough to keep it running.

Lower the needle clip one notch to give it more gas a low speed.
