Ordered a their "Thunder Shark Pro Racing 66cc/80cc Bicycle Engine Kit - 5.0 HP" kit. Unfortunately, the "Boost Expansion Chamber Muffler" head does not fit with the "Shark Racing CNC Cylinder Head". Also, the sprocket and the chain don't mesh! I was terribly disappointed as I bought a kit thinking my build would be easy.

Upon contacting gasbike - it took days to get a response. When I finally was able to get a hold of someone, they said it couldn't be an issue b/c they sell hundreds of these kits. They also told me to look at the picture on the website as it shows the muffler with that head. Ironically when looking at the pic - it's a different head!!!

They did offer to do an exchange, so I shipped my parts back. I was told when I sent a return shipping tracking number they would ship the new parts. After sending my tracking number and inquiring about it - I had one of their salespersons call and yell at me for sending too many emails - when I only sent one! This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had to deal with and have yet to receive anything! It's been 4 weeks!

Be forewarned, not all the kit parts fit!!! AND If you have any issues, you're on your own!!! As of right now, I've LOST OVER $130 in parts! ... and I'm still waiting.

KNOW THAT gasbike.net AND kingsmotorbikes.com are the SAME company!!! RUN FROM BOTH!

Do yourself a favor, simply call their phone number. You won't get an answer and after about 5 minutes it will simply hang up. Save yourself the hassle - go somewhere else - it's not worth the money you might save - assuming you don't have any issues!

I see a lot of people dissatisfied with gasbike.net on this thread, but I had a positive experience overall. I bought a billet aluminum short intake months ago, and recently I bought a piston kit from gasbike.net. I have no complaints. They all delivered on time, were packaged well, and had no damage. I called them in January this year, a guy answered the phone right away. However I sent an email at two different times and I never got a reply. I feel like they might be prioritizing emails because my questions were kinda stupid. Like "can I still return something one day past the 30 day returns?" And some other question that no way they would know the answer.

Those cdh66 type expansion chambers don't fit properly right out of the box from any company you buy them from. Same as how the stock mufflers hit the pedals. They just need to be torched red hot in 2 spots and bend them. I got an expansion chamber just like that one from amazon and when I tried to attach it, it looked exactly like in your picture.

For the sprocket, it looks like you're trying to put a 415h chain on a 415 sprocket. I wish they would rename the 415h. It's not a 415!! Also look at their phone hours. And remember, they are on the west coast, so if you live in a different time zone, lets say on the east coast, than you will be 3 hours ahead of their time.

My experience with Gasbike.net
1) my second order: ordered multiple parts; only one was shipped; it, they, him, never responded to emails regarding the missing parts; after opening a case with Paypal, it shipped the parts that i repeatedly instructed it to cancel. Refused the parts, so USPS returned the parts to GB. No refund. More emails sent. Had to open another case with Paypal; then i got my refund.
2) my first order was for the Knight Rider trans. It seemed to work great, even though i noticed some play in the clutch/input shaft. One day; a few weeks ago; while performing preventive maintenance, i noticed play in the output shaft. Too much to tolerate, so i removed the tranny and disassembled. The two 'sealed' bearings were locked up. The shaft was worn down to .580 and .577. Checked the input shaft. The play i had noticed before was between the bearing and the housing (can not get calipers in to check. Unfortunately, the tranny was out of warranty.

Just for FYI, Gasbikes is just a warehouse that runs under 2 internet business names. You know the one, the other is KingsMotorbikes.com.
Check the address, you will see same address except KMB is 15825 1/2.

Gas bike.net sold me what’s pictured as a choke assembly. What I received was a much bigger cable like a brake and a lever. No other pieces like the pictures and descriptions. This happened twice. I only asked to return and was declined. What a crappy company. To sell something and stand by it. This process took well over a month. Never will I do business with them again.

DO NOT buy from these guys- literally worst service ever. Over the years I’ve bought bikes from Spooky Tooth and Phantom- excellent service and really nice bikes. Six weeks ago, bought a Phatmoto Fat Tire from these guys and I’ve yet to ride it- defective kill switch, bad welds leading to a leaking in frame gas tank and now tires that neither i nor my local fat tire bike shop can seat. Called to complain, and literally got the guy to say ‘Buyer beware’. No kidding!! Stay the heck away from these guys unless you’re just buying parts-

I guess they are all the same. I ordered the three spoke mags from BikeBerry on the black Friday sale & it said in stock at that time.
So I waited & waited & still waiting. I e-mailed them three times and finally they admitted they were waiting on the order to come
in. After another e-mail as to when I could expect my order they said it should ship Dec 2 & they would send a tracking number.
This is Dec 8 & still no tracking number. Go figure, that is how these people do business.

I recently purchased the phatmoto all-terrain from gasbike.net, from ordering to my door: 5 days, I had a couple.of issues, emailed gasbike , got a response within 24 hrs and got on down the road... would recommend this bike and company....

Ya'll rock ordered a raw racer 3 got it sooner than expected ran it twice was impressed by the get up and go I also noticed it had a fuel leak at the carburetor I couldn't get to stop called gasbike.net receptionist let me speak to service technician lorenzo quit helpful sent some pictures a few days later new carbarator that's service also asked him a question I heard on line didn't want to mess my new toy up I asked if I put on a expansion chamber pipe witch I already had and a window piston I ordered OMG love it lots more power than my raw racer 2 and I weigh 260 and with a 36 tooth sprocket I cruise at 26 easy and hit 35mph wot don't leave it there long still breaking in the motor thanks again gasbike.net and sotherncostum bike builds for referring this co.

I purchased bike and engine was locked up due to broken clutch which is unbelievable that it passed quality control.
I called to get replacement parts and customer service was a joke stating there is no technical support that have ANY knowledge of the products they sell ... I was asked to purchase high performance clutch and all parts needed when I explained it was received this way; I thought it was a joke. I realized it was not.
Bottom line is company is a joke and so is the bike as I picked up someone else mistake also of ordering for $200 that been risen by a 50 year old man that said it would only move down a hill.
He was selling bike for parts only; thought I lucked out but bike is a pile of ......
Buyer beware as I learned the hard way with no help from customer service as He stated it’s a drop ship company from China and sent me numerous tech support links with only people
Not real customers riding the bike . WTF
