Hello all. I wanted to share some of the knowledge I've read up on. I'm sure some of you might of heard the term, "Sovereign Citizen". Well you don't actually need a license to operate your personal vehicle, motorized bike, etc. It's our God given RIGHT to travel, and freedom of movement. You only need a license when you're doing commerce/making money/going to work, etc. Like if you're a trucker delivering goods, you need a special license. That I get. But if you're just moving from point A to B, you don't. When you use the term "driving" it means commerce. If you get pulled over, you have to use the word traveling. If you say driving they can get you. The supreme court has ruled in many cases that

"The right of the citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, either by carriage or by automobile, is not a mere privilege which a city may prohibit or permit at will, but a common law right which he has under the right of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness"

This goes really deep, but maritime admiralty law is actually the law of the water, and common law is the law of the land. It can be applied to Gun Carry as well. It's our God given right and our Constitutional right to bear arms. When the Government says you need a license to conceal carry your firearm, it makes it a privilege not a right. Anyways, you should do some research on it, it's all about wordplay. People just don't know their rights. Do your research!

SCOTUS has ruled it's a right to have firearms in your home, not to carry or travel with. To carry or travel w/a firearm is left up to the states right now in time. Like it or not that's the way it is. Get in a fight w/your partner and charged w/misdemeanor they take that right away to own a firearm. Just a serious yelling match can do it if one feels threatened. Point that out how easy it is to lose that right.

Its really a matter of revenue collecting money from people. A horse didn't need a license plate why would a bicycle? plus a bike can't go as fast as a 140mph dodge charger anyways. Most times license plates have to do with people that used the vehicle in crime. Taxes for travel, taxes for owning a building, taxes for killing a wild animal which is a given right unless you are vegetarian. Don't even start on corona. Turn off the TV.

I'm/ we are resting...

We as humans are afllowed by law too take our time and rest between tasks...
Work,,, traveling,,, and if we have too move too the next location...

So long as we feel it is safe to do so...

There is no law prohibiting rest,,, it is a right as well,,, yes sleeping on privet private property might not be allowed,,, but they have nothing on resting and/or taking our time...

Nowhere in the Constitution is it states you have a right to rest on private property. You're still trespassing. Your rights to use or be one private property are solely up to and decided by the owner of said property.. You aren't entitled to do anything on someones property. Get a clue.

A cop stopping a motorized bike would be more of a mobile city inspector type thing, for example I have a friend that lives in Syracuse NY. He had 2 cars towed because they were parked infront of an abandoned house nearby with little to no warning the vehicles were removed. That means anything they don't like they're like lets give a ticket. The city inspectors are always snooping in back yards and such. Is an HOA constitutionality or socialism? So someone riding a smoky and sometimes loud bicycle down the road is a danger? I think not. How about the rest of the people that drive their gas burning vehicles everyday. We once had steam power but it was all phased out. A negative advance in technology ought to be unconstitutional in itself.
