I’m unable to get a good view on my phone of the axle you ordered.

But I don’t think you need cone nuts for your sealed bearings.

So just like you said just use washers that are small enough to hit just the race and not the body of the bearing. It just looked to me that the end of the cone nut would be small enough to do just that, but no worries, I will exchange the cone for washers. Its a longer axle that I needed anyway. I was using all thread and didn't like it.
