This little guy goes between the disc and the rear sprocket.
Is this something that i absolutely have to have???...I would have thought that the vendors that i bought the disk set from would have put that out as a must have with the brake set???...Also on the last post you just made, i did know that i would need those adapter thingies for the caliper to frame since my standard frame was not disk brake ready, so i had already ordered those...DAMIEN

Ps...I probably forgot to mention that i also ordered a pair of 203 mm Rotors already, They were only 20 US dollars and are about 2 inchs taller than my 36T Drive sprocket.

If it was just a plain old bicycle that you were putting the brake on, no. But this is a motored bike and it needs some space between the chain sprocket and the brake disc, that little guy gives you the space.

Even though my 4X bike has a rear mag, I couldn't use the disc brake because I can't stretch the frame enough. An aluminum frame doesn't need any added stress, so I didn't try to squeeze it in there.

So I’m not sure about a spacer one on rear. That goes between rotor and driver gear. That three.
