Why not use 8mm allen head bolts?

Why not use 8mm allen head bolts?

One of the mount studs is inside the holes I had to enlarge. I'd never get an allen key in that side.

I’ve had Allen keys on screwdriver shafts and handles.

Or as nut drivers.

No. You cannot access the one side from above.
