Maby i can use brazing rod an copper pipe. Easy to work with. Might work?
You can get scooter pipes that with a bit of manipulation fit well and allow a good muffler out back, exhaust flow must be decent if you want torque and most copper pipe is a bit small, but if you can find some with around 1" I.D. it will work.

Where do i get a oval-shaped exaust flang from. Stock is small round, poo poo is gonna be worse.but i could separate the flex from its expansion chamber as well as muff yes?

That's what I thought as well, but when I tried to hog it out (open it up) I got to around 17mm and went through the inner wall of the coupling making it useless due to now leaking. Not sure where you could buy a flange I tend to make my own but the stock exhaust's flange can be cut off and reshaped as needed.
