Hi. where can I buy a cheap bike? i wanted to buy a stretch cruiser to make a bike but everything is so expensive. is there any other type of bike that is a bit more laid back like the cruisers?

Craig's List, yard sales, pawn shops. Just to let you know coaster brakes aren't good for stopping motorized bicycles. Even worse is a coaster brake only. Unless you reinforce the fenders, they're an accident waiting to happen. If you don't reinforce them, please remove them.

Sometimes you can find them in yard sells for as little as $10 USA. Craig's List is local which allows you to do pick ups.

You can do a mid-frame mount with one of those on a hard tail mountian bike or hybrid bike.

though my circumstances are a bit weird. I live in Slovenia so we have a lot of dirt roads and macadam. I want a bike that will be able to drive well on dirt and road but the type of bike to buy is really messing with me. I dont want a modern look to it and a more old racing motorcycle came to my mind like the one in the picture but I dont know of a frame that would fit that image.

a hardtail might be alright but i would much rather find a bike with a frame like i showed on a picture (dont know how the frame called).
how about a fatbike ?

Then you're going to want suspension forks and a suspension seat post. Sorry but for the kind of riding you're wanting to do it isn't going to come cheap.
