i love this bike. Reminds me of my boyhood days running from cops and getting l***. I can still smell the brick, mmmmm. This a 1982 Kawasaki 440 ltd, an Im gonna top 20k miles on the way home today. Bought her with really low miles, but she had sat for years and the seat, etc was decaying. I've made her look good again. An she runs like a raped ape. Love this bike, her name is censored here.

Room mate when I was 16 had a 1975 KZ400 that I drove more than he did. What a nice bike, not a speed demon but just a nice looking/driving bike. It could do a 100mph if you wanted it to but it wasn't designed for that. Comfortable to drive and handle too. They don't make them like that anymore with the exception of a few small bikes still. Parallel twins are my favorite engine configuration. Not as much vibration as a thumper and fewer moving parts then other fancier configurations. Just an opinion but no one makes as good of a m/c than the big 4 Japanese co's for price and quality.

^^^ Those pics brought back some memories of the WILD times when I was younger. (y) (y)
I would bet that a "WILD" time for you these days is going out to "paint the town red" and resting up for a week in between before going out again to apply the second coat...lol...DAMIEN
